Loose skin!!!

Has anybody feel like there skin gets loose in certain waves? Because this past couple of days I’ve been noticing that my skin is starting to feel more loose than usual. I really need somebody to clarify that this is a normal symptom because I am starting to think that my body is dying from the inside.😭😖

Are you still taking Amitriptyline? I think it has some skin-related side-effects.

I don't think you're "dying from the inside." You had a rough and rapid taper. You're what - about 7 months since your last benzo dose? Is that correct? The acute phase is about 6-18 months. Time is going to be your biggest healer. I know it's tough, but hang in there!
