Isolation and loss

I just learned that someone that was helping support me through this process is no longer able to do that. I am so disappointed and scared to lose that friendship. We don't have a lot of emotional reserve to handle losses. I'm still shaking over it.

@[Ca...] - I'm sorry this has happened to you while you're feeling vulnerable.  Withdrawal can be so lonely and isolating.  This is a time to be extra kind to yourself. I'm glad you reached out for support.

I lost my support person and ended up in the hospital psych ward for a month then 3 months at the State mental hospital bc I tried to end my life. I refuse to go back to either. Trying to do this alone is terrifying me. I just started my taper. I need a caregiver to help me through this. No idea how to go about it.
