Hi all, I’m currently tapering off V after a long period of use and abuse at very high doses.. I tried to CT but it didn’t function, so I started from 16 mg split by 1 1 15 evening (sleeping and overthinking before bed has always been my major issue) and then 15 after a week and I’m settled at 13 till I will see again my doctor that is either me on tapering down slowly next sat.. 
I have I guess height cortisol when I wake up but till now I can manage it and go to work that for me is essential since financially I can only count on me. 

I work in a place that is packed mostly during weekend and I cannot avoid it, and my TINTINNIUS is pretty heavy.. I know I should avoid rumors but I simply can’t 🙂 has anyone found a remedy for that? Is there any exam or test I can ask to be done to my doc? Thank you so much 🩵

You can try pressing the palms of your hands firmly against your ears, then rotate several times clockwise, followed by anti-clockwise. Finish by just pressing the palms against your ears without moving. This always provides some temporary relief for me

I am 4 months out from my last dose, Tinnitus started during my taper. Unfortunately I have not found anything that stops the incessant ringing, oscillating, hissing, annoying drilling. I've tried all kinds of accupressure, supplements, vitamins, relaxation techniques, etc... nothing seems to effect it good or bad. Hopefully more members chime in with suggestions, best wishes with your T, praying it fades away for you soon!

The only thing that masked it was putting my head under the kitchen fan on full power. Some use tinnutus apps with white noise but fan is better.
