Sorry your going thru this.

What are your symptoms?

Most in withdrawal just kind of do the best we can do get past the symptoms depending on what they are. There's not a lot we can do. Epson salts baths, breathing exercises, stretching, talk therapy are a few of the tools members use to help ease the comfort of withdrawal. 

I haven't checked your history so I'm not sure of your symptoms or what taper plan your on.

Im glad you found us here on BB. I'm sure you'll find many members here who will be happy to share their experiences and whom you can ask many questions about withdrawal from benzos 

What medications are you tapering?

How long was your benzo use?

Do you have a taper plan and schedule?

Do you need assist with a taper plan.

There are many questions members will need to have answers to in order to offer assistance to you. 

Please give as much information as you can.
