I’m a week and a couple of days from increasing my dose .  I have noticed some improvement in overall symptoms.  Definitely not worse.  I need some input and encouragement :)  In the past with 2 previous reinstatements, it’s taken a while to be able to move forward again- I keep reading older posts - really need someone to step up with current /past experiences like mine . I’m in that space where I’m feeling like I’ve really messed Myself up this time and this won’t work.
