I updosed today what should I do

I am at 14 mgs valium after several days of updosing last month when I was at 12.2 mgs. I have been tapering for over two years and have been in acute withdrawal the entire time.  I updosed 3 mgs of valium today because of acute anxiety over an MRI.

Should I take it out of my bedtime dose which is normally 7 mgs or just move on and take my regular bedtime dose? I am already severely kindled.

Thanks for suggestions.
