do i go slower in my taper?

Hi ive been doing a water titration, which i switched to milk as i heard it mixes better. I take out 1 ml a day.

i have been taking 1 ml a day out of 300 ml of milk with 3qtrs of a mg of lorozepam. im sorry i cant do numbers like percentages ect. im holding at the moment as the pain and anxiety is to much. I sleep okay considering so thats one good thing.

i thought i was going slow enough but is 1ml still a lot? should I syringe out half an ml a day instead? its going to take years at this rate and its making me feel hopeless to getting this crap out of me or ever feeling better.
