I have been tapering Cymb. I have come off Val. Gabap as well. What I would like to know is does your cns still heal while on Cymb. Or is it better to be off. Thank you

@[ap...], i'd like to know the same information) I've been tapering mirtazapine since my 8th month of being benzo free.

I think our cns does heal , especially the part our gaba receptors are involved.
