For those who helped me and encouraged me just a little update. I will be at 1 mg of K this Sunday from 2 mg. Been hard my job is stressful I have to travel a lot. I still have a long way to go. I am still scared.

Hi Chantal and thanks for the update. Try to keep taking the baby steps forward. It is good to hear from you. You are doing great. The 50% reduction in K is no small feat.
