Made my last switch to Valium from Xanax today.

I made my final switch from Xanax to Valium today. I replaced my midday dose of X to V and not doing well. Very anxious and on edge. Ringing in my ears.
I still have my night dose of V to take in a couple of hours and I hope it helps.

How long does it take for your brain to get use to no longer having Xanax in your system and just Valium ??

Any information would be greatly appreciated 🙏

I read here that it can take a couple of weeks. But can off course be shorter or longer. Sorry to hear you got tinnitus. It's common in benzo withdrawal.
