Hello do anyone experience this. I wake up with little anxiety.  As soon as I get out.of bed intense anxiety which last all day every day.  What does it mean.  Thank you.  X

This is so on the money!

Everyday, I wake up, put a smile on, say good morning and here it comes.

Anxiety, all the symptoms come roaring in little by little  I get up, start walking, it's on!

Another day of this sh@t is here, but I'm gonna keep fighting thru it! Get my hands busy, change my focus and move on about the day!

Yep I get it. I believe it’s probably linked to cortisol. It’s when it’s at its highest and it keeps going throughout the day. Sometimes it’ll wean off in the afternoon or early evening for me usually don’t have it after five or six at night.
