Interdose withdrawals??

Hi 

I have one question how i determine if i have interdose withdrawals. 

I am on 0.5mg k from 8 months. 

I am tapering ssri and have bad withdrawals, akathisia.

Sometimes i feel like i have withdrawals also from kolonopin.

Did your concern for K interdose withdrawal symptoms start before you started tapering the SSRI?  Are you taking K once a day? What are the symptoms?

 

It will be hard to tell when you're making a change with the SSRI.  I personally believe most people have interdose withdrawals with taking benzodiazepines long term.  Some it may be so mild it is imperceivable and slips under the radar.  Others it is so profound it leads to increasing frequency/dosages, thoughts of worsening anxiety, etc.

In my opinion, I would only taper one psych medication at a time.  That in of itself is hard enough already.
