Stress, how you cope with it?

I wonder how you guys deal with Stress in withdrawal cause the CNS is hyperactive for me all the time.

I think my experience is a bit strange. Any stress i've had so far didn't seem to affect much my withdrawal pattern. And i've had, think, more than enough of them, up to a really horrible one. It's true however surprised i'm. So i just deal with both of them separately. But, perhaps, i'd be doing much better if i hadn't been exposed to all the outer stress.

For me its ok when i do nothing and try to enjoy my hobbys. As soon stress kicks in i got 

auditory hallucinations and other symptoms.

i try to tell myself this is not worth worrying about just let it go. other stresses, such as my son overstimulating me to the point of wanting to scream, I just have to allow and breathe through it. i hang up on anoying phone calls and i avoid stressfulll people aka family lol
