Histamine Question

Hi, I know many of you may be dealing with histamine intolerance and need to reduce histamine.  I seem to have a different issue - I am not producing enough Histamine and I cannot find a lot of information on this.  I have know for a long time that I could not take anti-histamines of any sort, however, I was prescribed medications that have high anti-histamine properties and I get an allergic reaction, full rash, high heart rate, slow breathing and very low oxygen...technically each time that happens I should be going to ER but I literally cannot move.  Yes, I am afraid of what such low oxygen levels over 3-4 hr periods at a time can do.  Wondering if anyone else is the same.  I cannot find much info on this.  My Acetylcholine is low too bc of anticholigentic drugs.  Does any one have any ideas of how to raise the levels?  I am currently taking B12, B6, and Folate...that helps.  Wondering if there is anything else?  The Histamine thing is cause my crazy shaking as I was taking Seroquel (a potent anti-histamine.).  It seems histamine goes hand in hand with Acetylcholine. The doctor that told you about you having low didn't he have anything to prescribe to you for this condition?

Yeah I can get like restless legs sometimes when I take Seroquel. Didn't know it is a antihistamine thanks for the info.
