Back to work scares me

After 6 week at home, im going back to work in a couple of hours. I really dont know how to cope with stress and the anxiety and Intrusive thoughts they triggered by the stress.

It's tough, for sure. There's no magic button to dealing with it. What is your work place like? Are your managers and coworkers people that you're comfortable with and can share things? Not that I say you should tell them you're in benzo withdrawal, but understanding the dynamic for you.
