Hey everybody hope you’re having a peaceful day, I’m about 47 days post C/T from alprazolam. The physical stuff ( dizzyness, twitching, joint pain,) have somewhat improved. What has not improved and seems to be getting worse is the debilitating DP/DR. Was wondering if you any members who experienced this on the more severe end like myself could reach out via DM so we could chat and potentially put eachother at ease.
