Does anyone’s muscles feel like mush?

I have been off of k for 6 months now. I have noticed that my muscles are beginning to feel like mush and there is a rash like sensation all across my body. It honestly feels like I am covered in molasses. Has anyone else experienced this?

My muscles seesaw between extreme tension and mush.   They’ll contract for days sometimes and then will release, the latter which makes them feel like mush.  
 

Can’t relate exactly to the skin thing but I cannot tolerate certain fabrics and fits on clothes like I used to.  Get itchy or uncomfortable easily.

Thank you for responding @[dj...], I think that it is probably what is happening to my muscles especially at night.🤔

As for the rash, I still get nerve pain but on some days it feels like a rash underneath my skin. Maybe that’s what’s happening?
