I was on prozac and clonazepam 0.25
when I getoff prozac  I was stable on 0.25 clonazepam, after month I  developed needles and pins and get worse more and more 
I thought that from prozac 
but it get worse and worse 
it is from 2 month and I realize it is from clonazepam
when prozac left my body,  metabolism for clonazepam change 
I realize that after 18 houres of my dose the burn get worse and when I take clonazepam the burn not go
I try to divide my dose to 1,25 and 1,25 for 2 days and it still get worse 
I did stupid thing that after that I cold turkey from 0.25 clonazepam and the burn get worse and it is in my hole body
I am out from 3 days
I try lyrica for the burn and it is not work 
What should I do after 2 month from kindling
should I resistance my dose or I will kindle my self more 
now Iam screaming from my burn
should I turn to diazepam? 
What shall I do?
How can I resistance without kindle my self more< should I resistance  low dose then raise gradually? 
what is the safeties way to stable

Hello @[Ya...] - I'm sorry you're having difficult symptoms.  I looked back at some of your posts since October 2023.  It looks like you have started and stopped several medications including Prozac and Ativan.  Starting and stopping multiple medications can be very hard on your central nervous system. This is especially true if you have started and stopped a similar medication before. (This is what is known as kindling.)  It also makes it hard to know what might be causing your symptoms.  The burning you describe is a common withdrawal symptom.I know it's hard not to reach for a medications to make the symptoms go away but I wonder if it might be better for you in the long run to give your system time to heal and settle down.  Is your tinnitus still a problem?
