Cutting Tablets

Having trouble splitting my diazepam tablets evenly. The pill cutter I have just makes my tablet crumble a bit and also be uneven in size. When I break it with my hands, its also uneven. Any particular product or technique that might help me here?

Hi and welcome to BB, so glad you found us NotNeurotic.  I couldn't find a pill-cutter either, and decided to use a single-edge razorblade that helps the best for me.  I have a tremor but I can still do a better job than a pill-cutter.  I also use a scale, do you have one as well? oregonlady

@[No...] welcome. I didn’t get on with pill cutters for diazepam tablets either. But I did buy some pill split scissors on Amazon. It’s a fiddly business but I found the scissors gave me some precision.

Of course. I’m in UK but I hope this product (or a similar) one is available
