Sudden increase in rapid cycling...

I've been having rapid cycling of various symptoms since not longninto the beginning of the year... but then yesterday this really increased and I had more symptoms in one day than I've ever noticed before. I can feel some again today...

I know this could be a surge before healing, either for a few days or a few weeks... or it could be a setback, but unsure whatwould have caused one. Does anyone have any ideas how to work out what it is?

I am really hopeful as some big things I was experiencing the last 2years have suddenly disappeared... just nervous for this to last for weeks or months... it is incredible. I have had some symptoms come up today that didn't yesterday, but we shall see, as no guarantee...

I’m experiencing the same thing after months of doing better. I’ve got some stressful events happening right now and think that’s the cause for it but I am hoping it’s a surge before healing.
