Updosed for 7 days

I have been on clonazepam 1 mg for 14 years. I’ve never had any issues with my med until I had Covid and then a mast cell disease that Covid is giving many people. I was put in a hospital and urged to up my dose to 1.5 stating it would help calm my CNS and help my mast cell. I finally gave in and did it (first time I have ever increased in the entire 14 years). I’ve done that for 7 days and feel awful! Worse! My docs say to give it time. I know the game. That’s not how it works. Any thoughts on if I have taken the extra .5 x 7 days if I just went back to my original dose if I will have withdrawal? I don’t want stuck on 1.5. I want off this but was and am NOT well enough to taper right now. Thank you

Wow, tough call. I didn't experience the exact same thing. Even if I did everyone seems to have different experiences anyway.

Depends on where you are.... Years ago I would've up dosed and see how it goes.

More recently I would hold and do everything I could to get free of being beholden to a chemical and having to pay off white jacket quacks to get my fix.

Try to be as free as you can in life.
