28 days....dizzy, light headed...waves

28 days off 4 mg valium... was on benzos 20 years. 

 

I still get waves...daily of dizziness and light headedness. I am past the acute phase. this new phase is scarier though, as it is in the form of elevated BP, dizzy, light headed and obviously can not focus. I wake up and anxiety hits before I open my eyes. I literally take an hour or two between my morning ritual and excercise to try and get my head right. the big waves of dizziness and feeling like I am very drunk or somethings is concerning.

 

any cures for these waves?
