Will it ever end?

Hi I'm in the UK was 10/11 years on diazepam about three years ago when the Doctor just stopped them.  I've been through hell, at beginning more waves than windows and now more windows than waves but when I feel ill it's like flu.  I've been diagnosed with CFS but I honestly believe it's the benzos.  I've had the gauntlet of symptoms from air hunger, yawning to burning face and restless legs.  One by one they seem to be going but I've still got awful fatigue amongst other things. Please tell me this gets better and I will heal? Thank you for reading.

@[Lu...]Welcome to Benzo Buddies!    Yes, it will end, but it can be painfully slow.   I am so sorry you are having to go through this.    Good to hear you are getting more windows than waves.  That is encouraging!  Hang in there and keep reaching out here if you need support!
