Chest anxiety at night during sleep

Hello buddies,
I get some pains that relief immediately after I wake up at night, sometimes I am sure they are pains sometimes when I wake up morning I have dream recalls that I had them which I am not sur, and this makes my anxiety through the roof. did anyone experience this?

Hiya. Is it chest pain you get? Like you wake up between 3-4? I do most nights. I believe it's called cortisol surges. I terrifies me. Dread going to sleep because I know I'll wake up in a panic.

I am sorry you experience this @[TH...], mine are sometimes shooting pain some times they are frequent pains in chest, they relief once I get up. I had prior to the chest pains severe hypnic jerks, is this related?

Yeah mine are also sometimes shooting or prodding pains. Just like you, I get up and walk about they tend to disappear. I'm not too sure with the hypnic jerks. Hopefully someone else will chime in with their experiences with that. Hope you get some relief.

I worked out I got a massive food tolerance. Can only eat certain foods otherwise it interferes with my chest. Stomach and chest are linked. Frustrating.

Hmmm not so much breathing issues no. Just the pain really. Sometimes I get the odd palpitation along with it
