Does anyone else hands and feet turn red when it starts to sting and burn? This started 3 months out from taken K.

Yes! Hi Joshua, sorry your getting that.

When I stand up, even in the shower my feet get really red. The blood rushes to my feet and it stings!

I thought I had raynauds disease, but it comes and goes.

Circulation is probably what's causing it but haven't talked to a doctor about it. It is a minor symptom compared to the rest for me.

I think excercise is most important, even though we're not motivated to move, motivation doesn't come to us,  we have to get ourselves motivated right!

I hope for you it's a minor symptom and Will improve over time.

Thank you for  responding @[ns...], I exercise every now and then but right now the stiffness is becoming unbearable.

Hold on to anything and stretch as much as you can.
