It took me 11 days to get back to my baseline from intense waves which were caused by stress, and I felt finally a bit better for a few days, watching my fave drama series and washing my hair lifted my mood, but again terrible anxiety to my butt and legs pain is disturbing it now. I feel helpless, wondering if I have to struggle with another stress-induced wave again, and also am tired of adjusting positions of cushions again and again depending on painful areas. These get swollen horribly, and then feel poor blood circulations all day. I have to buy a better cushion again. This is 9th time.
