Anyone knows?

Was ok..non symptomatic..only anxious 

Now..insomnia .vegetable .earworms 24/7..bedridden ..images and random words non stop with flash back

Too little information . When did you stop taking the Benzo ? Did you taper ? Intrusive thoughts , bad thouths and flash backs is common . It is horrible . Are you able to do something for yourself . Are you physical ok ?
