Can Addicts Taper off Benzodiazipenes or not? I've personally tried several times and end up failing at it every time. Also, is it worth the taper because I'm on a very low dose of 0.72mg of Xanax a day. I just hate the damn withdrawls, I know tapering might reduce the severity of symptoms, but is it really worth the struggle to go the distance because I've reinstated and since 3 months yeah of course my anxiety is less, but I still question if i should just jump it.
