The low dose (under 1.5mg) valium holding group

I know there is a long holding group. But I would like to get some more info on low dose holding. I am wondering has anyone held at low doses of valium for some time (2-4 weeks or longer) and had success with the rest of your taper. I am tapering this last bit (down to 1.3) and am thinking about a decent  hold before I go further.  I have mostly micro tapered from 4 mg to this current dose with some hard times and with lots of windows as well and wondering what peoples experiences are. Or is it a waste of time to do long holds at low low doses. Like ashton says it just prolong a dependance.
