Prednisone?

Has anyone used prednisone during withdrawal?

Er prescribed some for my back but idk if I should take it right now during my last bit of taper from lorazapam?

Do you think it's safe to take this?

I would research the side effects of prednisone and do a deep dive into its benefits vs risks.

i believe it has many risks doctors do not disclose because they think it’s unlikely the risks will outweigh the benefits to most. But I would get some education from a few different websites and anecdotally as well to make a more educated decision.

you could tolerate it really well or not, but good to know the potential of not tolerating it to make an informed decision.
