Time change

Wondering if the time change has caused a worsening in insomnia symptoms.Still struggling through w/ D off many times from a .25 mg of clonazepam taken as needed on the script.Now off for 53months.Insomnia has been the worst problem but lots worse now since clocks were turned 1 hour ahead on March 10th.

Welcome to Benzo Buddies!  I have noticed a little uptick in my insomnia since the time change, but who knows it may just be the normal pattern of symptoms.  I hope it settles down for you soon.  Do you have other symptoms?  I am 48 months out so I am right behind you!

It has affected my symptoms also.

I have horrible anxiety,ruminations,but the worst is by far the insomnia.
