1 ML syringes for liquid tapers

Can anyone tell me if there are 1 ML syringes available that measure down to .01 ml?  All I can find is down to .02 ml.  How do you accurately measure if doing a liquid microtaper?

Amber colored syringes are also available, but I find the clear ones easier to read.

Other manufacturers that make 1mL oral syringes with graduation marks every 0.01mL are BD and Medisca Precise Dose (the Medisca syringes are ISO certified but only available via compounding pharmacies that stock them).
