Does anyone feel their heart beat all of the time or most of the time? It's almost like it vibrates through my body with each beat. I wake up to it pounding often and am always aware of it. I am on a beta blocker and 15 months off.

Yes. Morning's are awful for me especially. I dread going to sleep due to knowing what I'm going to wake up too.

Hello @[ne...], yes, my heart rate is all over the place, I often have elevated pulse, (sometimes only awareness) at night, especially around 3-4 am. I also have some kind of "electrifying" impression when this symptom acts up. Interestingly, I am also on a beta blocker, but it helps me. 

I think I will go to a checkup, but mostly to calm family members, I am certain it is "just w/d".

I agree , mornings are the worst , it takes me a bit to get lined out and I’ve noticed if I happen to fall asleep on the couch then wake up suddenly , my heart beats fast and I feel very off , I try not to nap because it makes me feel so strange when I wake up . I take a beta blocker as well , it keeps it under control for the most part just not mornings for a bit .

sense of impending doom , brick in the stomach for no reason of mind . 
Take benzo , all goes away . 
Boy …. Am I looking forward to this taper 🙄 not !!!
