Frontal lobe pain w/d symptom

I have been dealing with a minor frontal lobe pain ever since I was put on temazepam and ever since I got off. I was on temazepam for two months with other meds too. I have been off temazepam for three months but I am still dealing with frontal lobe pain and insomnia. I am currently tapering hydroxyzine and dayvigo. Dayvigo I don’t think has given me any withdrawal symptoms because I have gone multiple days without but have poor sleep. I am also taking hydroxyzine with some herbal supplements. Hydroxyzine was at 125 but now down to 37.5 and Dayvigo is down to 5mg from 10mg. Just figured I’d ask if it’s a common symptom

Hey @[Jo...],

Lots of weird head pain seems to be par for the course during withdrawal.  Mine is often accompanied by flairs in my insomnia.   It's pretty normal, but it's still miserable.  I hope you get a break soon.
