Got vertigo since December 24/7.

Yes! Vertigo hit hard on 2/20. The initial attack took place when I was acute, but doing yoga anyway. That awful blackness hit, and I hit the floor. I had one episode several years ago, so knew what it was. I just laid there, because of the naseau and blackness. After about an hour, I told siri (I couldnt get up to get to my phone) to send my husband a test that i had severe vertigo and could not get up. He helped me relocate to the bed.  SInce then, it has not left. the usual treatments, like the eppy, just make it worse.

I have more mobility now, but its always there, especially when I lie down, the spin hits, but does dissipate in about 15 minutes. I also get vertigo amps throughout the day, and sometimes it feels like I have lost a few seconds, things go black. My left foot has become slightly swollen through this.

I am back to doing yoga, but its very modified, so I am not on my back. 

I don't know if this is pots, or just my CNS.

Preceeding this attack, I was on antibiotics which completely distabilized me. Then I had a 5 day migraine from hell. 

Once the migraine left, thats when I resumed the yoga (very acute) and had the severe episode.

Would love to see this become an active thread.
