Mindset and time on benzos

While I wait to decide on next steps for my taper, I have two paramount questions. (And a lot of thoughts to pull the plug on myself)

I'm honestly very afraid to start the taper. I do not think I have it in me. Fate has pushed me into tolerance. I have almost zero support. I will have to get my son married within the next 5 years. 

Do people who have been on 15 years get better? 

What mindset would help?

Each minute is a drag and I haven't even started yet 😞

When you start and do your taper slow you can and will get through it!!
