Akathisia

When I wake up in the morning, I feel discomfort in my body and can't settle down. Could this be akathisia? I'm taking 15mg of mirtazapine for depression, and akathisia is listed as a side effect. Is there a way to deal with this?

It is around midday. It can also be in the late afternoon.
