Help!!! I wish to taper!!!

I have been taking Clonazepam and Zanapam for tinnitus since 4 months ago and now I know horrible danger about this medication and I feel eager to taper them.

AM Janapam 0.125
Evening Janapam 0.125. Clonazepam tablets 0. 25 Gabapentin 100

Good for you for taking action to taper from these medications sooner rather than later.  We recommend only tapering one medication at time so you can know what might be causing what in order to make adjustments, do you know which one you'd like to taper first?

There is a possibility your tinnitus will get worse as this is a symptom of withdrawal from benzodiazepines so you might want to prepare yourself.

We suggest reducing your dose by about 5-10% every few weeks for those on the medication for long term but or those taking it short term, a more rapid taper might be the better option.  Have you felt any uncomfortable symptoms you think may be caused by the Clonazepam?

After I finish clonazepam, then janapam....it maybe takes more than 2 years  even though i have been taking for 4 months. Is it very dangerous to take off two tables at the same time???

@[Vi...], It doesn't have to take 2 years, we suggest reducing your dose based on your symptoms, so if they're not too bad, then you can go faster.  But yes, we do recommend only tapering one at a time, but I truly don't want to see you tapering for 2 years.
