Handing fear! Never stops.

I've asked this before. Fear (and paranoia) are so hard to deal with. Worse in morning, like everyone else. I used to be a very strong woman ( wouldn't have survived if I wasn't ). 4 years in the terror of withdrawal. 

What do I do? Thanks.

Hi. Look at you persevering…. Such a warrior and that first needs praising bc this is such a wicked long road.

think the best you can do for fear is to repeat safe healing mantras /affirmations out loud every day and then show your nervous system you’re safe by doing small things. Whatever there is fear about, small baby steps to show our limbic system ok, we are ok. Then our brains need to hear the words too. Over time shifts happen as healing progresses. 
Jenn Swan has great videos about how our limbic system has to be shown the way in this not just told so start slowly with whatever doesn’t feel comfortable. Think you’ll make some good ground with unfortunately the dreaded time word but small stuff that seems scary, research your body it’s safe and fine.
