Anyone else in bed all day during their microtaper?

Within the last month I have been unable to get up and stay up during the day. I am two years into a microtaper of valium down to 12 mgs.  I was just staying in bed until 11 or so then eating and then walking up to three miles, showering and taking my daytime dose and taking a two hour nap. My anxiety and depression are so out of control and I don't physically feel strong. I have been holding my taper and then updosed two days this week which I posted about on another forum. Just curious whether anyone else is having this symptom. Thanks!

I am sorry you are struggling. It’s good you can still walk, many have said that’s helpful in the long term. Even if it feels like a struggle now. Maybe 3 miles is more than your body can handle right now - have you tried reducing your mileage? 

I am homebound/partially bedbound. I am like this from chronic illness and disease, but the taper certainly hasn’t improved my physical state. I do find even when I’m not well, that getting outside to just sit and earth or ground seems to help calm my cns.
