Sad and terrible thoughts popping up .

It can be something i have seen , heard or experienced suddenly come up and disturb me . Thinking of especially animals in sad situations . 
what is that and is it normal ? It get me out of balanse and i get anxiety .

When you see or hear about anything negative turn the page, turn off the TV, get off social media. Don’t watch the news.

The things you mentioned, like animals in distress, are disturbing to everyone. We just experience it deeper.

Listen to something happy, uplifting. If you can watch TV, watch stand up comedy, a RomCom.

Negativity in any form is not your friend.
