Seriously…the fatigue…the FATIGUE

I feel like Rip Van Wickle.

Surely someone has either taken something, read about a therapy somewhere or has been somehow creative to conquer this incessant fatigue.

Anything????

Sounds like Mother Nature knows best and wants you to rest. Sleep is medicine

The only thing that has helped with my fatigue has been acupuncture. I have energy for the rest of the day after treatment but it doesn't last .  I get treatment a couple of times a month and for me it's worth it even if it's just for a few hours.

I read that vitamin B-1 helps some with fatigue, but most of us are sensitive to B vitamins. I took a B-1 supplement and it created an electrical storm in my body.
