I know this has been asked in the past, but no one answered. I am interested in trying the amino acid Tyrosine to help my thyroid along. Anyone tried it?

Blahx, yes I've tried it. In tea and supplement.

I couldn't tolerate it tried black tea and was instantly irritable and anxiety really revved up. I've heard it dies this time others bit also those who do quite well with it.

I hope you're able to tolerate it.

I would like to know how to copy names too! 😊

I haven’t tried the tyrosine though I am taking 50-60 gm protein daily to cover all the bases. What symptoms are you having that the tyrosine might help?
