I've been taking a good 'helping' of both Klonopin and Ativan for thirty years.  My original provider had me cross over to an equal amount of Diazepam (Valium) and start down from there.  I've been tapering for for two and a half years now.  Currently at 3.75 mgs.  Warning, these low doses are brutal.  Better follow the advice of @[...].  Cutting too much, too fast can throw your nervous system into chaos.
