Hair loss, Going crazy!

Hair loss is getting me really angry!! It started the 3rd year of wd. Now, 1  1/2  years later ( and 6 months off), it's still falling out in droves. Sure, it's the least of my problems and I don't give a #### about my appearance anymore ( years of prescription drugs decided that), but finding hair in cooking is disgusting me ( I'm hyper- sensitive now). I cut it short but i want a crew cut. Husband says 'no" to that but I'll decide myself.

How do you guys deal with this? I really want to know!

When I was in the salon a week or 2 back-after 16 months-I just sat there with tears building up. I’ve probably lost 60% and it was fine to begin with.

I almost asked for a pixie but then remembered my age. So, no.

Supposedly it grows back. Just not soon enough! 🥹
