Feeling cognitively challenged

I'm not feeling good in my head. I need to start tapering but by brain isn't functional. I do not know how to be fully aware and discuss with a doctor and start. Am lost completely. Advise pls.

Hello @[...] a lot of us understand! Brain fog when we are trying to sort things out is a shared problem. 

If you can start a topic in taper section that might be a good fresh beginning. If there is history with meds up to date on your profile that will be good. Then you can get help from us benzoed people here.

I think from memory you had advice possibly from @[je...] & others before including about a doctor.
