I’m at around 2.9mg V, down from 10mg over nearly 2 years. 

But I experienced this sensation well prior to the benzo’s, as a reaction to food intolerances. I just experience it a lot more often and more intensely since tapering the benzo. 

You will find it disappears and returns, but I promise it won’t hurt you. You are not sick… it’s not poison… it just feels like it. It’s just a different manifestation of the anxiety

Just try to avoid panic and fear over the symptoms, it will allow the sensation will ease.

@[Li...] i did listen to the link...but this is about how stress and anxiety causing pain,   i was feeling no stress, loving my life and these new symptoms are none of what she has discribed.  i definatly do not want to go down the path of specialist as they do not understand this damage from benzos for the most part, but my symptoms are so servere and bizare im really lost

I sometimes get these, about 45 min after taking my night dose/before bed, although not as extreme. And not daily. You mentioned being outside. I’m not sure where you live, but maybe the increase in exposure to sunlight, or extra activity?
It’s crazy isn’t it how things can yo yo between being more managable to unmanageable. I hope things settle soon.

I think @[Li...] makes a good point… Jennifers videos may help familiarise you with various symptoms and dispel some of the fear arising from the current unfamiliarity with the symptoms.

Its normal to experience increased anxiety and fear over new symptoms, so dispelling some of that fear and anxiety through familiarisation (the videos) will most likely help condition you to them, and maybe even ease them as the fear and anxiety eases.

I like Jennifer Swantkowski but I wish she would speak a bit more slowly as she can sound a bit manic at times, like her brain is running faster than she can get the words out !
