Clonazepam side effect

Hi 
I am taking Clonazepam 0.25 mg 
I was on ativan 0.5 -1 mg from 9-11 2023 
then Clonazepam 0.5 mg from 11-1
Clonazepam 0.25 mg until now
 I was on zeprex 10 mg for two weeks and abilify for 10 days then 5 mg for week and stop at 13/12 /2023
I was on prozac 20 mg for 3.5 weeks and ct at 16/12

I had some wd from prozac and abilify 
but from month until now I had needles and pins on my hole body and it increase every day (not like other symptoms) it was stable and not increase 

Could the neuropath from clonazepam (because it increase every day ) 
Should I tappering clonazepam or waite my neuro system to calm

when it started i was off prozac and abilify one month and stable on 0,25 mg clonazepam for 3 weeks
