Is 18 months protracted??

Moderators and anyone else who knows this information... after 18 months off benzos you are considered protracted??? I thought it was 24 months off. What about if you were polydrugged? Like in my case, I am close to 18 months off benzos but close to 8 months off Seroquel which complicated benzo withdrawal because I was given that crap during it. I was told to count my time once off of everything and consider that my recovery time but I am seeing this 18-month number and now I am confused.

I started to use that as well when in benzo wd. I won't stop until I'm back to basic.

I think 18 month is considered proacted but I'm not sure.
