Horrible Symptoms with each dose!

Recommended Posts

Each time When I take my little dose my voice gets really raspy, throat numb, terrible anxiety, internal vibrations, nausea, dizzy and really tired.

The dose is only 0.022mg 4x per day and unable to reduce!

Does anyone else have these kinds of weird symptoms with benzo withdrawal?

I'm tapering lorazapam!

I wish that I could help. I'm sorry that I don't have much to add. Towards the end, I noticed horrible interdose withdrawals that included terrible anxiety, internal vibrations, sweating, tachycardia, etc. I would take the lorazepam around 6am and by 2-2:30pm, all of this came flooding in. It was miserable. But I never reacted bad to the dose itself.

I'm sorry to hear it's so challenging towards the end...

Thank u Nursingbuddy

These symptoms never let up but get worse 5 min after I take it. It's just becoming too difficult! I usually push through it but they are getting worse and lasting longer.

Thank u for responding, are u still on lorazapam?

Are u finished tapering and how are u now?

Thank u

I jumped off in April 2023. I've made progress, for sure, but still minimally functional in certain areas. Things seem to be resolving... slowly... making progress like molasses. But I'll take that progress!
